1. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices may vary based on route, vehicle type, and seasonal demand. A partial advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Refunds for advance payments will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Any delays caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

4. Liability

While we strive to provide safe and timely services, Vacation Planner is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdowns.
